Sunday 1st August 2010 - The count down begins

Officially 21 days and counting until Baby 3 makes his/her entry into this crazy world.
And I have been busy this last few days. Not with baby preparations. Those are already done. Mum even has the case packed.

Work and radio have been keeping me busy. I have been playing with my

Yaesu FT-2900R and my Icom IC-V82.

They are both good radio. However, they are modern radios with features I have never experienced before. A very steep learning curve. Also I am working toward PSK, which is a bit like Morse Code, but faster. I am also learning about Slow Scan TV, amateur style. Then there is Ham Radio Deluxe. And that is for starters.
Cathy has been sick, but is now much better. This lead to Michele thanking the Lord for helping Cathy to get better. Two amazing kidswith an even more amazing mum.
This week we are in 2 Samuel 1-12 in Triple M's. David becomes King. Not without lots of mistakes. But he has a big plus on his side. He consults with God. And we all need to do that. But we don't. Even me. I need to put Christ first more. I don't pray enough. I need to be able to talk instantly with Jesus so He becomes the second person all the time. Full unity. We have been talking a bit about the image of God. We need to be the image with Christ moving the arms and legs. Him fully in control.Not me, but Christ.
