It's amazing what you find out. I wrote about our little problem in my last post. Well, since then we found out we are not alone. A good friend of ours is in a similar situation, only worse.
I happen to mention that we might have to lock some areas of the house. He revealed more about the problems they encountered over the years and the extent to which they had to go to combat disobedient children with food issues. Here we are placing locks on critical rooms that have presented problems in the past and/or may do so in the future. Our friend also encouraged us to keep on keeping on. Don't give up. Also my brother also offered words of encouragement.
I guess our main concern, long term, is the well being of our family and to raise Godly children who will show respect to others and be good citizens.
It's hard when your on the receiving end of trouble. You can't see the Forrest for the trees. We actually complained to Christ about it. After all, if it's good enough for the Old Testament prophets, why not us.
